Can I tag drivers by licence category and endorsements?
Yes. Drivers are tagged with the licence categories and endorsements they hold, such as C+E, C, C1, ADR, HIAB and Driver CPC, and you filter your searches on them. We can add any category you need to the list.
Does it do DVLA licence checks?
Not automatically. MatrixRec stores the licence and CPC card photos with expiry dates and flags them when they are due, so you know when to run your DVLA check. It does not connect to the DVLA.
Can I run ongoing contracts, not just one-off shifts?
Yes. An ongoing placement sits on the weekly plan for that client, and you approve and export each week for payroll and invoicing. Ad hoc shifts are placements with a single-day start and end.
How do drivers reply to a shift text?
They reply to your sender number and you see the responses on your SMS account. If a driver replies STOP they are automatically excluded from future campaigns.
