Before you ask
What counts as a consultant?
A consultant is a user login that works candidates, clients and jobs. An office administrator who only runs weekly plans and invoices still needs a login, so count them too. Starter includes 3 logins, Growth 10, Enterprise as many as you need.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
If you have not chosen a plan, the account pauses. Nothing is deleted. Log in, pick a plan, enter a card and you carry on exactly where you left off. If you decide it is not for you, do nothing and we will not chase you.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe. Cancel from Settings whenever you like and you will not be charged again after the current month.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings and Stripe prorates the difference. If you hire a fourth consultant on Starter, the app tells you and you move to Growth in two clicks.
How much does SMS cost?
Bulk SMS is sent through your own TextMarketer or Esendex account, using your own sender name. You pay them their per-message rate directly. MatrixRec does not mark it up or resell messages.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not through the app yet. If you would rather pay annually, email hello@matrixrec.com and we will sort it out with you.
Will you migrate our data from Bullhorn, Vincere or a spreadsheet?
Every plan includes CSV import for candidates and clients. On Enterprise we do the migration with you: export from your old system, we map and load it, you check it before go-live.
