Vincere alternative

A Vincere alternative built for blue-collar recruitment

Vincere is a strong all-in-one platform for agencies that want CRM, analytics, pay-and-bill and a client portal under one roof. If your desk places labourers, tradespeople and drivers, most of that roof is over rooms you will never walk into.

When Vincere is the right choice

You are a mid-sized or larger agency, mostly perm or professional contract, that wants a single vendor for CRM, marketing automation, pay-and-bill and portals, and you have the budget and admin time to configure it. Vincere’s analytics and workflow tooling are genuinely deep.

When MatrixRec is the right choice

You want the parts of a CRM that a labour desk uses every day and none of the rest: a ranked morning call list, candidate search by ticket and distance, Right to Work uploads from candidates’ phones, weekly site plans that export for invoicing, and bulk SMS. Priced per agency, no annual contract, set up in an afternoon.

Switching

Moving from Vincere takes an afternoon, not a quarter

1

Export

Export candidates and clients from Vincere as CSV. Include mobiles, emails, notes and any tags you rely on.

2

Import

Upload the CSV to MatrixRec and map the columns. Duplicate mobiles are caught. On Enterprise we do this step with you.

3

Run both for two weeks

Work your morning calls from MatrixRec during the trial. If it is not better, you have lost an afternoon.

Questions

Switching questions

Can I import my Vincere data?

Yes. Export candidates and companies as CSV and import them into MatrixRec. On the Enterprise plan we map and load it with you and you check it before go-live.

Does MatrixRec do pay-and-bill?

It produces the approved weekly plan per client and exports it to Excel for your payroll and invoicing process. It does not run payroll or raise invoices itself.

Do I lose reporting?

You get a live dashboard for the agency and consultant sales reports. If you rely on Vincere’s deeper BI, MatrixRec is deliberately simpler; most small desks find the dashboard answers the questions they actually ask.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Monthly billing through Stripe, cancel from Settings whenever you like.
